Amos Peleg co-founded Upstream Commerce following 15 years in the software industry, during which he oversaw software company operations and managed international teams. At Mercado Software—later acquired by Omniture, Inc. (now Adobe)—Amos served as general manager of Mercado Labs, responsible for much of the company’s operational activity. Mercado Software, a provider of advanced merchandising solutions, counted among its customers Macy’s, John Lewis, Williams-Sonoma, Argos, Overstock, Guess, and Sears. Previously, as director of small-business technology platforms at SAP, Amos managed international engineering efforts, and at Check Point Software Technologies, he managed the engineering of two core products and was responsible for the initiation, development, and market delivery of new products. Amos holds an M.Sc. degree in computer science from the Weizmann Institute of Science and a B.Sc. in physics and computer science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. |

A leading technologist with over 20 years of practical experience and a strong theoretical background, Dr. Shai Geva is intimately familiar with e-commerce and Web technologies. Shai was a member of the founding team and served as chief scientist at Mercado Software (acquired by Omniture, now Adobe), where he provided technological leadership, helping formulate the company’s strategy and vision. Shai served for five years in an elite technology unit of the Israel Defense Forces, in which he participated in innovative system design and implementation. Shai holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.Sc. in mathematics and computer science from Tel Aviv University. He is coinventor of two US patents and has a number of patent applications pending. |

As Upstream Commerce’s chief marketing officer, Gilon Miller is responsible for all marketing and sales activities at the company. Gilon has over 15 years of experience in the software business, including leadership positions in marketing, sales, and business development. Prior to joining Upstream Commerce, Gilon was vice president of marketing at a leading online marketing agency, helping dozens of companies develop and implement their online marketing strategy and operations. Previously, he led marketing and sales in a variety of technology start-ups as well as large international technology companies, among them SAP (where he served as director of global marketing) and Siebel Systems (acquired by Oracle). Gilon holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BSc (summa cum laude) in electrical engineering from Tufts University. |

As Manager of Client Services at Upstream Commerce, Anna closely supervises the Upstream Commerce Delivery Team and the Customer Care Team to ensure that all session engagements are staffed appropriately and managed with a high level of detail, accuracy and support. In her quest to create high-quality experiences for Upstream Commerce clients, Anna brings more than fifteen years of experience in software design and development, as well as client service and support in HealthCare, Telecommunications, MultiMedia Streaming, and Hardware Management. Anna was a Software Engineer at Intel; R&D manager at Emblaze Systems (providing video mobile solutions for companies such as Samsung and Nokia); Customer Service and Delivery at TriZetto; and, as VP of Professional Services at Kaltura, Anna was responsible for fast and complete delivery of complex solutions involving strong client relationships with customers in the US, Europe, Japan, and Australia. Anna holds an MBA (with High Honors) from Boston University School of Management, and her B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology. |

Yoav has been a successful entrepreneur, investor, and consultant in the technology and new media fields for the past two decades. He is the founder and managing partner of YL Ventures, a global venture capital firm that invests in high-technology start-up companies and, within a short time, brings them to market. In addition to Upstream Commerce, Yoav serves on the board of directors of ClickTale (customer experience analytics), 6Scan (website security suite) and BlazeMeter (self-service load testing cloud) and is the lead investor of Seculert (security threat intelligence). Yoav served on the board of AcceloWeb (browser experience optimization) until it was acquired by Limelight Networks. Yoav was the CEO and cofounder of Movota (mobile gaming) acquired by Bertelsmann, the CTO and cofounder of ExchangePath (online payments) acquired by CMGI, and the CEO and cofounder of PcEnterntainer Magazine. Yoav was also an associate at DFJ Gotham Ventures, studied at IMD, and holds an MBA from Columbia University. |

Geva Perry has more than 15 years of experience as an executive in the enterprise software industry. His blog, Thinking Out Cloud, on cloud computing and software-as-a-service strategy and marketing is widely read and he is a frequent speaker on the topic. Geva has been named as one of the Top 25 Most Influential People in the Hosting Industry, Top 50 Cloud Computing Bloggers and one of the 12 Top Thinkers in Cloud Computing. Geva has been a strategy and marketing advisor to a number of companies, including Deutsche Telekom, NEC, Internap, New Relic, Twilio, Sauce Labs, Heroku/Salesforce.com, Akiban, Xeround, Totango, Application Craft, JFrog, Isomorphic, NewVem, CloudPassage, CloudScaling, Mirantis and others. He also serves on the board of directors of Upstream Commerce and BlazeMeter. Until 2008 Geva spent five years at GigaSpaces Technologies where he played a variety of executive roles.
